Natalya Spiridonova is a Russian track and field athlete specializing in the high jump. She was born July 31st 2002 in scoff region Russia. in 2017 she began to participate in major national competitions and in 2018 she received the title Master of sports of Russia. Since 2019 she has been participating in international competitions under a neutral flag.
